Can I buy something I see on the website?
Yes, but we do not keep "stock" so there will be production time. Typically production takes about two weeks, but it can vary depending on your order.

Do you ship?
Yes, we offer shipping for small and medium sized items. Large items or sets may be shipped on pallets. Inquire for pricing. Pickup is in St. Augustine, FL is also available free of charge. We also offer local area delivery for an extra charge. (Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Green Cove Springs).  We also accept pre-paid labels from your shipping account.

What are your props made from?

Materials vary depending on the project, but most items have EPS or XPS foam as the base. Other materials we use include 3D printed parts from PLA and ABS, plywood, cardboard, plastic, PVC, epoxy resin, and anything else that gets the job done!

Are the props weather-resistant?

Standard props are meant for indoor use only.  If you need an outdoor-safe coating, please message us to discuss.

Are the props breakable? Are they heavy?

Our props are surprisingly lightweight for their size! That's because we use lightweight foam as a base for most of our props. However, indoor use props are breakable.  All of our props are meant to be displays or decorations only, not toys, and are not meant to withstand heavy handling.  The coating on the foam makes it more dent- and bump-resistant, but the props will still be damaged if hit or dropped.  We do not offer refunds or returns on props that were damaged due to dropping, hitting, falling, or other mishandling.

How do I order a custom prop?

First step is to contact us with your idea. We will determine the materials and time needed to complete your project and give you a price quote. For orders under $600 full payment is due upfront. For orders over $600, a minimum 50% deposit is required to secure the materials and shop time. Upon completion of your project, photos and video will be sent to you to make sure that you are satisfied before shipping. The remaining 50% plus any shipping charges will be due at that time. Then your project is ready to ship or be picked up!

What is your cancellation and return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Cancellation of order is possible within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, we may consider cancelling depending on status of materials and work completed. Please contact us for more details.

My prop is damaged, can you fix it?

We can provide repairs to the props as a separate transaction, for additional fees, and all shipping costs paid by customer.  Cost of repairs depends on the damage and materials needed. Please contact us for more information.
